Program Description
GreatMinds360 sends transactional SMS messages related to your service engagement only. This includes appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and follow-up messages related to your account. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Clients typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per engagement, depending on the type of service and any updates related to it.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. GreatMinds360 is not responsible for any charges incurred from sending or receiving SMS messages.
HELP Instructions
Reply HELP to any message you receive from us for assistance, or call us at (760) 573-2211. We'll respond as soon as possible during business hours.
STOP Instructions
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resume messages, reply START.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We treat your phone number and personal information with care. Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes and are never sold. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
